Strength & Conditioning

Gym Program

For our training program, we focus on strength + conditioning, with the goal of making you a stronger and fitter human for day-to-day activities. Our program focus on the most fundamental strength exercises with the goal to get stronger at those very basic but powerful exercises.

The conditioning part allows for more flexibility and variety, where we will utilise fun equipment as well as different intervals/durations each day.

How does it work?
Your program is designed and uploaded into an app called Truecoach.  There will be four workouts to choose from every week:

This will allow you to pick and choose according to what your body feels like that day. The program is designed for you to get the most out of it, whether you choose to do just one or all of those days. There are demo videos and I am available to answer your questions.

What equipment do you need?

The majority of our strength work will be done using a Barbell or Dumbbells.

For the conditioning part we will be utilising varied equipment such as cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and some other fun equipment.

If you don't have a decent home gym set up, you will require access to a gym.

How long do the sessions go for?

The sessions are designed to go for 45-60 minutes but are adjustable to how much time you have available.

How long does the program go for?

The program runs in seven week' blocks. During the first six week we focus on slowly building up in weights and intensity (if your body feels up for it).

The seventh week is a deload week.

What is a deload week?

It's a week where we still move our body but at lower volume and intensity. This week will help you recharge your mind and body and get ready for a new training block. The new training block will still focus on the same fundamental exercises but you will see different variations / tempos etc. of those exercises.

Is it personalised?

The program is not personalised to each individual. However, I am here to support you. You have access to me where you can ask me specific questions about your workout and I will get back to you as soon as I can. You can also upload videos of yourself performing the exercises and I will give you feedback on your form etc.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Unfortunately, this program is not suitable for beginners, as I always recommend starting your training journey with a coach face to face to assess your form and show you how to perform exercises correctly. It's also important that you understand your fitness level, so you can make adjustments accordingly to get the most out of your training.

How much does it cost?

The cost to access our program is $25 per week.

We ask you to commit to a seven week block at a time. You can cancel your membership for the end of each block if required.
