Group Nutrition Coaching (Seven weeks)

Over the seven weeks you will get a better understanding of your own eating habits. You will learn about the foundations of eating a well balanced diet, including ALL the foods you love. WE will dive into the amount of food you should eat in a day to reach your goal and how much of that should be carbs, proteins and fats to optimise your training results and feel your best for day-to-day life.

Some of the things we will dive into:

* What your current eating looks like

* How to apply your personalised nutrition plan

* How to fuel your body appropriately including snacks throughout the day and pre/post workout specific

* How to create quick easy meals without spending hours in the kitchen

* Learn more about the importance of proteins, carbs, healthy fats and fibre

* Create your very own meal plan template
